The temps are correct, there Is nothing wrong with the husbandry, I've had him for almost a year and I never had any problems feeding him. I feed him small rats every Friday. I'm not sure If this could be the cause, but today Is his feeding day and I saw him roaming around his cage. Usually that is normal, thinking he is on the prowl but then I saw a wet spot in the corner of the tank. He went to the bathroom. I heard you are NOT supposed to touch your snake at all when it is his feeding day, but I had to, It covered half the tank and I didn't want him sleeping in his own pee for 2 days. So I took him out to clean it out and replace the substrate with new paper towels. I then put him back in. Is he not eating because I touched him? I'm going to wait till midnight, I have the rat on top of enclosure so when he smells it, I'm hoping he'll get excited and ready to eat. If not, I'll wait tomorrow. He doesn't seem sick to me either. I don't see any mucus or hear whistling, his tummy is fine. Just normal like he is every other day.. I hope he isn't going through a fasting.![]()
