'09 Female pastel for pair of 100% albino trade?

Title is supopsed to say 100% het albino's...sorry

I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this question but would you guys trade a female pastel for a pair of 100% het albino's? I'm thinking right now it sounds good, but if the hets are 09's then by the time I am ready to breed them I am guessing I can just buy a pair of actual albinos for a couple hundred bucks with how much the price has been dropping on them. Or buy a proven breeder female for a couple hundred and a het male or something along those lines.

Just wondering what some of you think about it.

    Thanks!

Re: '09 Female pastel for pair of 100% albino trade?

Just got an update, the father was homozygous and the mother was 66% het. The male is 850g and the female is 750g. Any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like a good deal to me. Albinos took a dip due to the economic crash, but they generally go down MUCH slower than co-dom prices. Don't expect to see them drop like that again next year.

Thank you for the reply! That was one of my main concerns that the price would be going down on these by the time I am ready to breed. But I guess I could be ready with these by next year since they are only a few hundred grams off right?
