How long??
How long exactly is the breeding season exactly? I've already searched and get many many different answers, but i was wondering from breeders what months do you stop pairing normally, or can you breed year round? i was thinking around April. but I've heard march. also I've been throwing males in with females and females into male tanks to see what kicks it off. i seen one lock but that was it doesn't mean there hasn't been other locks just haven't caught them. And I go by the 3 day rule.
1.1 Normal Ball, 1.0 Db Het Pied Hypo,
1.1 100% Het Pied, 0.1 Super Pastel, 1.0 Mojave
1.0 Pastel Yellow Belly, 0.2 Yellow Belly, 0.1 Red tail boa
0.0.1 Grey band king snake, 1.0 Leopard Gecko
Miss my Ferret alot wish i didn't have to give her up

Re: How long??
Different people do different things. I start pairing in September and won't stop pairing until I see an ovulation or around April or so. If I don't see an ovulation by April, I'll stop pairing. I have a female that is around 750g. As soon as she hits 1500 I'm going to breed her, and that might be in early or middle of summer and won't be during "breeding season".

Re: How long??
Many people breed year round because you can control the climate as much as you want to.
Most people introduce the male into the females enclosure.

Re: How long??
The breeding season starts on January 1st and ends on December 31st. I am just saying that you can breed your snakes at any time. Most of them are on a cycle, as you can notice that a female will lay very near the same time every year. I do believe that you can over time get your animals to cycle differently than they have in the past. I have heard of plenty of people that have thoght about splitting their collection, and cycling them 180 degrees from one another, so that they could have production all year long.
