My female bp has always been a stubborn winter feeder. I've been monitoring her weight and she hasn't lost anything, so I'm not concerned that she's in any danger. I'm just wondering if anybody has any clue as to why this happens. Does it have to do with their reproductive cycles? She isn't interested at all in locking with my lesser, even though I've got 3 sheds from breeder males to help (thank you justin kobylka), and we're experiencing the most drastic low pressure system since the 1980's, AND it's been raining practically non-stop for a week. I've tried several times to no avail. I've been feeling for follicles too, and haven't found any (I think I did feel four last year when she was fasting). Do you think maybe once she starts eating again they will be more interested?
