    Enclosure vent placement

I just built an awesome enclosure for my 5 ft boa. My cage is made of melamine and measures 4ft long, 18" high and 2ft deep, and has a glass front. I am going to heat my enclosure with two 100 watt heat lamps. I bought two 3" plastic vents from the hardware store and am wondering where to place them on the enclosure in order to keep my humidity right. Do I put them on the cold end, hot end or one on each end? ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE A HELP.

    Re: Enclosure vent placement

One on each side will allow good ventalation. If the top is a solid top then one on each side should work for you.
