    Athena in the snow!

She absolutely loves the snow and eats mouthfuls of it while she's out there! Then she comes inside shivering like crazy! She's loony

Here she is loving the snow

With daddy after a long day of chemo, back when he had a little bit of hair left! And in case you're wondering, yes I did crotchet that blanket

I'm glad she loves the snow. It's so cute to watch her play in it! She still such a puppy, but I suppose that's because she's only 14 months old!

What a beautiful dog! My crazy mutt is a beagle/boxer mix and she just loves the snow! She likes to eat it as well.

One of these day's I will have another doberman, we had one when I was younger, he was abused quite badly and he was put down eventually because of this. He did not do well with strangers lets just say.

Does she look up at you and wonder why she's so cold! Dogs are so goofy! I took her out for a walk today and let her run around an empty parking lot. I threw snow balls across the cement-so they would roll instead of break-and she brought them back to me!

They are pretty sweet dogs. That's too bad yours was abused. They can be quite dangerous if they are ever encouraged to be aggressive.

Yeah she sure does hate snuggling! You would think it was impossible for her to live without touching someone! She still thinks she's a little 8 pound puppy I know for sure she's up to 60 pounds, and that was 2 months ago!!!

How's she handling the ICE today? Our dobes don't like it one bit, and so far have refused to go to the bathroom on it. I think the... splashing... bugs them!

You coming to the dog show this weekend in Des Moines?

    Re: Athena in the snow!

She definitely doesn't care for it. It was raining ice all morning and she kept looking at me like "mom, why on earth would you put me out here?" Last winter I had to put a bunch of tarps and puppy pads in the garage because she refused to potty outside when it was snowing/raining. She was still a baby so she got away with it, but this year I told her to suck it up!

I didn't know there was a show this weekend! That would be a lot of fun! I'm not sure what the weather will be like and I work night shift on the weekends.

What time is it and where is it? Will you be showing? (I didn't know you were from Iowa!)
