    Air Canada Winter Shipping

I was told that Air Canada's flights to my location do NOT have heated planes. Would a Ball Python be unharmed being shipped from Montreal to Windsor? Temps are hovering around 1C/34F right now in Windsor.

Only if properly packaged. Be very careful. I've been waiting for 5 weeks now to get a BP from Las Vegas to Maryland. It's not worth the risk to ship when its too cold. Many won't ship unless it's 40F or warmer, others will ship at any temp. I like to wait.

    Good Luck!

Already read that entire thread. I do not believe it states a non-heated plane anywhere. That's why I asked.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately he does not feel comfortable shipping in these conditions, and I don't blame him.

At 30,000 feet, your temps are probably gonna be in the 50 below range. Even in the summer.
