    First Blush!

Okay, so it's a glow and not a blush....

I thought she had been glowing for a couple months, but I wondered if it was all in my head. Well, I know now that she is definitely glowing! One of my friends got her out and asked me if he had the right snake!!!

Pre-Glow (an old picture, but the colors are accurate):

    Tonight:

I wasn't sure I'd be able to tell the difference...but man, that's somethin' else!!! I'm so excited for my first clutch!!! (She was bred to a Lesser.)

Now I'm obsessed with checking her daily, waiting for the ovulation! I'm so impatient!

Here's to hoping you beat the odds.

If her pattern can carry over with the lesser gene, you should have some great looking babies.

Thank you! I sure hope so!

The Lesser has a nice pattern, too (semi-reduced; very few alien heads/keyholes). The female actually has some bronze/green blushing that's a similar color to the Lesser, so I'm hoping the offspring turn out a little more bronze/green.

Here are some pictures of the male. Lock and load!

    Snuggle time!

Ha! I feel dumb now. I forgot about these pictures; could've used them for comparison with the glow instead of using an ancient one.

Well, if you end up with any female lessers you are willing to part with, please look my way.

YES!!! I'm so excited!!! I keep telling my parents that they're going to be great-grandparents. They're not amused.

Unless I get some weird-looking offspring, I'm planning on selling all of them, so I will contact you if I end up with some females!

Indeed! I didn't think I'd be able to tell. Heh, WRONG!
