Probably mojave x mojave but blue eyeds with 2 mojave genes are generally dirtier than say lesser x lesser (pure white usually), usually mojave blue eyeds have grey heads if that is ok with you

There is only one way to make a black eyed leucistic. Fire x Fire.

Black eyed are not usually completely white. They often have random yellow spots along the body. Black eyes and red iris's.

Mojave X Mojave = Blue eyed lucy with a purple overcast, colored top of head or generally more dirty looking. Least expensive way.

    Lesser
    Butter
    Russo Het
Any combo makes brighter white lucy. More expensive

Russo x Russo = brightest white lucy with crystal blue eyes (white diamond) and is the most expensive.

_The_ least expensive way - in terms of initial cash outlay - to make a leucistic would probably be to start with a male of your chosen morph (Mojave would be least expensive, I think) and a female normal. Breed the morph male to the female, and hold back any female morph babies. Two or three years down the line, you'll have the opportunity to breed the sire back to one of his daughters, and produce a leucistic or two.

It's the "cheapest" way to get started, but it'll take some time before you hatch a snake the color of its egg.

If you have no money I wouldn't be breeding Ball Pythons, sorry. Save up and get your dream snake, or save up enough to afford the things you will need in order to breed. It might end up costing you less to just buy the morph in the long run.

(Cost of the parents, Incubator, high end thermostat or two, rack to fit the potential hatchlings, rodents to feed them, etc etc.)
