    Baby coastal setup

Looking for tub size and hot side temps and UTH placement for a Mid 09 hatchling. I was thinking this one http://www.sterilite.com/ProductDeta...ection=Storage for the height? Or is that going to be too big? I read somewhere that people put the UTH on the side not the bottom, but idk.

any recomendations or pictures of setups

    Re: Baby coastal setup

I use 12 QT tubs for my pair of 09 coastals. They are in a rack with the probe directly on the flex watt. Hot side temps sit around 88 to 90 degrees and the cool side sits around 77 to 78. I try to fine tune my temps to my animals and not to a specific caresheet but my pair makes this difficult because the female prefers to hang out on the coolside most of the day while the male loves to perch above the heat. Hope this helps!

I use belly heat I forgot to add that. I got the idea for the toilet paper rolls from the spitfire reptile page but removed them because they never used them.
