Stuck shed after feeding...
I fed all the BPs tonight, and my two who were in shed (Mona & Julius) both took meals... and literally an hour later they started the shed. Mona seems to have gotten hers off in one piece, but Julius is having some trouble. Since he just ate a big meal, should I leave him alone or try to assist? I put a damp paper towel in there, but if that doesn't work I wondered what to do.

Re: Stuck shed after feeding...
well I have no experience with this however.....I would leave him alone and let him digest. To me what is worse...stuck shed or not digesting food correctly and regurgitating.

Re: Stuck shed after feeding...
I just checked on him, and the paper towel seems to have done the trick - he's cleanly shed and resting in his hide. Of course now his tub is soaking wet, so I might have to bother him anyway.
