    Salmonella outbreak

Remember folks, always wash your hands after working with herps, and pay special attention to the little ones! Children are much more likely to get sick from Salmonella than adults.
Would you breed a wobbler dog even though it had a cool coat?

    Re: Salmonella outbreak

Thanks for posting this. I have young children myself, and really try to be diligent about hygene overall, and especially as it pertains to my reptiles. I don't allow the snakes to roam where my children roam, and keep them in a different area of the house. I also am diligent about hand washing anytime we handle the snakes, their cages etc....
