My First Breeders! (Pic happy! lol)

I figured this would be the best place to post pics of the start of my breeding collection. Here are the new boys, enjoy!

Sid (Spider Male from Breeders Circle, Thanks Jonathan!)

(One of his first meals and he did great! You can see him flexing it down like a pro haha)

(Now he's looking for some place to hide and digest his meal hehe)

Nanner (High Contrast Albino Male from Breeders Circle, Thanks Jonathan!)

Chubz (Het Albino Male from Breeders Circle. You're the best Jonathan! lol)

    (Sid and Chubz)

I'll get more pics of Chubz and Nanner when they're eating their next meal!

Can't wait to get these guys their future girls! Haha

I hope everyone liked the pics! Feel free to comment!

Congrats on your new snakes, but I need to ask, why is it that you got a het albino MALE if you already have an albino MALE? I dont understand

Because the het is for a different breeding project later down the road. Still not sure what we'll pair him with but it's nice to have him. Lol.
We're working on getting our 09 females right now...
Our albino will be paired with a spider and our male spider will have a couple blonde pastel girls.

Not to mention the het was pretty much given to me by Jonathan so I couldn't pass that up.

Your albino looks a little wrinkly to me but that is just me. Awsome Snakes nevertheless!

My Albino also has a wrinkly effect to him also, especially when it shed. It will go away over time and as he grows, but as a baby it always looks weird.

Yes, he is shedding. He's only wrinkly around his neck where he's getting a bad shed. I have to moisten him up a bit to help him out. :p

    Re: New Pictures!

You might want to consider getting females first, then get your males 1 year after and they will be ready to go at the same time in the future. And also you should really bump that humidity up a lot going by the pic of that snake in shed. Baby snakes should be able to shed in 1 piece, and yours looke like the head shed out and the shed broke off. Nice snakes though. =)

I agree. That snake looks way to dry and wrinky. I always bump the humidity way up during shed (Usually by placing a damp paper towel or wash cloth in the hide). It makes sheds quick and easy! You need some girls too! Nice snakes though!

Re: My First Breeders! (Pic happy! lol)

I bump the humidity to 75% when they're shedding. It's not exactly wrinkly...kinda like chub rolls. Lol. I was told not to worry about it cuz it's really common for albies.

I also have some cinny and pastel girls on order.

No more guys though, I'm focusing on the gals. Looking really hard for a super pastel!
