Yes, I think they definitely do

Maybe, but not as good as ours
-
No, I think snakes have a very innacurate conception of time, if any

I'm not sure what to think

Do snakes have a concept of time?
Wondering what you guys think.
I think they most definitely do! I always feed on Sunday nights. Last week they all got fairly large meals, so I skipped this Sunday. When I came home from a few errands at around 6 o'clock, they were all peeking out of their hides and looked up expectantly when I entered the room. I then went to the QT room to check the temps in the new boa's tub, and as I opened the lid she flung herself out of the cage trying to grab my hand! She's a fairly aggressive feeder, but has never shown any signs of cage aggression before.
What are your experiences? Do your snakes know what to expect on a certain day of the week or month?

Big Gunns just thinks you must smell like a rat.
BG thinks they just know when their hungry, not what day of week it is. If they are fed on a schedule, that's when they want to eat.

Hahaha, I agree. They just get hungry on a schedule, but doesn't almost every animal develop habits?
 Dude, where did Bob go?

Here is some info from a study done on rats: http://hypography.com/news/life-sciences/35490.html
The short of it is that animals do have memories but most do not appear to be able to link them to points in time.

Time itself is something that we humans created. I doubt snakes or any other animals see 'time' as we see it.
Time is relative anyways. Does time move more slowly when we are waiting for a bus and late for an appointment? Of course not, but it sure can feel that way.
