One thing I forgot to mention to keep in mind when shopping is to check their turnaround time. Some will take a month or longer. My RBI's have always been here within the week.

Re: where to buy racks?
I have a rack from Jason Hess, www.jasons-jungle.com So far it's been great but the shelves are sagging just a little bit and it's a bit difficult to pull out some of the tubs.
I have an ARS rack, www.arscaging.com and I've still never had problems with it. I want more of these racks but price it too high... Plus I have no room!
And I have 3 homemade racks which have turned out pretty good as well.
