Finally Joined the Rack Crew !!!

OK after some difficulties with UPS and then with me moving I finally set my new rack up. After transferring my two BP into it about 4 days ago I took them out for the first time and as cheesy as it sounds I think they are happier. The only downfall is that after the move I was running a little low on cash so I bought a ZILLA thermostat. I was using it with the probe to both the thermostat and the digital thermometer in the tub with my pastel but when I open it it throws the temps off and take hours to get back on track. So what i decided to is put the probes in an empty tub (that I will not open ) so the temps stay good. Overall I am very happy with the Rack and I feel good about joing the Rack Club lol

Awesome! Congrats on being converted over LOL!

Racks are nice. Easier to clean & maintain. Easier to keep many animals in a smaller area. The only real disadvantage I see with them is not being to constantly see the snake.

I myself am waiting for a new, larger rack to arrive. My collection is growing very fast, not to mention all the babies Ill have in spring.

Dont be surprised if this prompts you to go get more snakes! Oh I just love racks.

I have not ordered my rack yet but will be very shortly. I am having a nice display cage built and then Im going to order it. I plan on just putting one snake in the display tank and then everything else in the rack. I currently have 2 BP's but as more space becomes available I could see more snakes showing up at my door step LOL
