Click on "User CP" near the top left and you can change it in there.

If you are talking about you profile page than you cannot customize it at your level, what you can do is have an avatar, a signature and a profile picture which all must comply with our TOS

To change/add an avatar, profile pic, sig simply go to user CP

Custom profile pages (Customizing your profile page by adjusting the color scheme and fonts!) are not available at your membership level.
