    Rubbed nose?

I mentioned this briefly in a thread on the photo forum, but didn't think it was a problem until now... I got my new BP (adult female) Nerissa last week, and she appears to have rubbed her nose during the trip. I contacted the breeder when she arrived, and he thought it might be shed related - so did a few people here, and when she shed the day after arriving, I figured that was it. But then I was handling her last night, and realized her nose is still pretty raw. Everything was fine when she shipped out, so my guess is that she did it on the snake bag (in the shipping box)... when I first opened it, her nose was tucked really tightly into her tail.

Here are some close-up pictures (luckily she's a great model), and I'm hoping somebody here has advice. I'm not looking to return her or anything, since I'm already completely in love... she's a doll!! But I would like to know if this requires treatment, or if I should give it another shed or two to clear. And what about applying non-painkiller neosporin? Btw, she's otherwise healthy as far as I can tell - no signs of parasites or RI, although she did refuse her first meal offering on Monday.

All the brown/black is natural coloring, it's the pink area I'm worried about:

There's also this little white bump, just above the lip - almost looks like an egg tooth, LOL.

P.S. She did have some stuck shed around the head/chin, which she graciously allowed me to remove (with a wet towel) last night... could she have some still on there?
