Usps idiots!!!

They were supposed to pick up a package today. I scheduled it online and put the box by the front door at 7:30am this morning. At 9:00pm it was STILL sitting there!
And these idiots send me a confirmation email stating it was picked up.

I sent a complaint to them and rescheduled the pickup for tomorrow.

I had 3 Fed Ex packages picked up today. They did that without a problem.
USPS can't even do it right with one. Then to email a confirmation that it was picked up. Someone had to have entered it that it was picked up even though they never came here.
