    Color Change

I think it's cool how different cresties can look in terms of their daytime and nighttime colors. During the day this little lady looks pretty dull, but come evening, she's all dressed up for a night on the town.

Here are two photo's of my crestie, one during the day and one at night.

    Daytime:

    Nighttime:

Awesome looking Harley you have there! My wife's really into cresties. I'm a fan of Gargoyles myself. They can have some pretty startling colour changes too but I haven't noticed a regular day/night type of pattern for mine. I'm finding Rhacs and BPs are equally addictive.

Her fired up state is amazing! TBH, I think she's quite pretty even in her daytime colors; the word "dull" does her a disservice.

I would have to agree. When I saw the first shot I was thinking wow she's beautiful. Was blown away by her nighttime colors! Holy cow!

    Gotta love it!!

My yellow breeder female is pretty boring during the day (still a very nice gecko, but it doesn't particularly catch your eye if you're not versed in cresties). However when I catch her close to fresh shed and fired up nicely, it's pretty unbelievable.
