Finally!
For the past 3 months I have been trying to buy my own home. We went through the whole process with one, only to have the deal fall through at the last minute thanks to appraisal-caused delays. Well, I got the keys to another duplex (way nicer than the first one anyway) just yesterday. Now I'll have a dedicated reptile room and a backyard for my dogs! Not to mention tenants that will help pay the mortgage.
Now for the moving part...
I just wanted to share with you guys. I'm very excited!

Thanks! I think I was lucky. The owners of the reptile store that I've known for a while will be moving next door. I spelled everything out about what I expect from them, so hopefully it all goes well. Our place will be like a zoo now.

7 adult Royals (2.5), 1.0 COS Pastel, 1.0 Enchi, 1.1 Lesser platty Royal python, 1.1 Black pastel Royal python, 0.1 Blue eyed leucistic ( Super lesser), 0.1 Piebald Royal python, 1.0 Sinaloan milk snake 1.0 crested gecko and 1 bad case of ETS. no wife, no surprise.
