Yes, they are the names of different morphs. This link will show a few different morphs and how to distinguish them from one another.

Re: what is an enchi??
Here is an enchi (right) compared to a normal (left). A GOOD enchi will never be mistaken for a normal

Re: what is an enchi??
You got it. Its more of a subtle morph then say an albino, or piebald, but it has lots of potential when mixed with other morphs.

Re: what is an enchi??
I'm a newbie to BPs but from the pictures I've seen of enchis of the last few months I see a bit of a webbing pattern due to the fact that the side markings flow up into the dorsal markings. They have higher whites than most normals. And, more yellow in place of brown. Side and dorsal markings often seem to be more of a matched color instead of lighter dorsal marks when compaired to the side markings. Someone please correct me if I'm mistaken.
Edit: oh yea and the blushing in the darks seems to be more prominent. Of course I've seen some pics of normals that could easily be mistaken for enchi, but those are few and far between.

If anything they look more like a pastel (note the yellow) without the flames and blushing.
