Blue Eyed Lucys!!! And Austrailians..

Hey All,
I have a friend in Austrailia that is looking for a Blue Eyed Lucy! And possibly an albino. Hes new to the forums so i figured i would post this up for him. So does anyone know how much a Blue eyed lucy is running in austraila or if it is possible to ship there from here? Thanks guys let me know!

Hi,

I'm fairly certain it is completely impossible to ship reptiles into Australia unless you are a zoo. And even then I don't think it is all that common.

Yep and you cant ship animals out either if im not mistaken. Unless, of course you have permission or are a certified zoo.

Ya he was saying the rules via snakes in Austrailia are pretty strict im guessing he would have to go through a breeder in Austrailia but i dont know if its even a legal practice there.

We can only keep snakes native to Australia down here.. Its a shame cause I would love to get into ball pythons!!
I guess you're friend would be doing something illegal if they got one. I'm sure they are here though.

Bottom line, your friend cannot legally obtain any type of ball python. Locking the thread at this point, so that it doesn't head in a direction that it shouldn't.
