    Re: cinnamon pastel

A cinnamon pastel??? That would be a pewter. That's definitely not a pewter or "cinnamon pastel" it's just a cinny.

Also, cinny and pastel are both codom morphs, so in a cinnyxpastel clutch you will get: cinnys, pastels, pewters, and normals. A pewter is silver with the cinny markings. Either you misunderstood your friend or he's not a good friend.....

Cinnies are a really nice morph. They vary a lot in how they look. They can do very interesting things when bred with other morphs...and bred together produce a solid color gray/black ball python.

Is the cinny in the picture the one you're thinking of buying? If so, it's a really pretty example of one, in my opinion.

I dont' think he's referring to the combo between a cinny and a pastel. Back when they first came on the scene, they were called Cinnamon Pastels. Most folks drop the "pastel" part of the name now because it's confusing. (As we've just seen! )

I don't know why so many morphs got tagged with the "pastel" name...very confusing! LOL

That's crazy! Why on earth would they be called cinny pastels?!!! Although....black pastels are pretty much cinnys IMO so I guess that makes sense.....

LOL well at least you're not getting ripped off!!! I hate when "breeders" try to sell snakes for more money just because their siblings were some sort of morph.
