Recs on Where to find heat tape and supplies?

Having someone make 3 racks of 7 cb70 height racks for me....have been looking around, but wondering if anyone has a good rec for one could find heat tape, supplies, cord to finish the heat tape and transition into cord plug in for helix use? ty for any recs and help
