How does music affect your ball?
I'm a college student and I live in the dorm. I was wondering what affect if any loud music or other noise might have on my ball and if that is something that needs to be avoided?

Music does not affect snakes unless it is so loud that the room is vibrating.... Snakes do not have ears, but they "hear" from vibrations in the ground.
BTW, is having BPs in dorms allowed?

The only thing I think might bother your BP would be the vibrations, but my music gets a little loud sometimes and I haven't had any problems with my bp being stressed.

heh, I didn't risk it in the dorms with my BP Aldous but I have him in an apartment now where the music gets loud and he doesn't mind even though the surround speaker is right by his tank, years ago I had a female BP that "liked" music, in that every time i played music she would find the speaker and just put her head up and look at it until the music stopped... it was like she was transfixed...

Music would not effect the snake in any way. Snakes do not have external ears, so they cannot hear. They feel vibrations through their jaw bones, though.
