Collection growing up too fast = Addiction ?! My university diploma gift :)
Who said addiction ?
I say patience
I don't remember when I first started to like snakes. But I remember the first time I saw ball morphs. It was in a show in montreal (around 1998), where I saw an albino and a piedball. I wanted them. But I was young and poor. Later on, I got a pair of ball. Unfortunately, the female died soon after. Then I gave the male to a friend, who gave it eventually to my sister, and from whom I got it back few months ago. I also had other snakes and lizard during that time, but I gave/sold in between, and sold the last ones I had when I moved to live in europe. But I always been looking around, and made myself a promise, that I would get back to it once I have my own place and that I have finish my university.
The day have come where I am done with university. I have a part time job in an engineering R&D cie, and looking for something else but I still went forward with my promise to myself.
I taught it would take me time to fill the 10 bin rack I just built. But It's already full of 12 (thank you Justin :p). (I need to build another rack for when they all grow hehe).
Since my lesser female just shed and I just picked up the last group from OCD today, here are the pictures .
First the rack lol ([The green leds on the side are connected to each row of flexwatt tape, so I know if something is wrong or if one is not connected)

First to come was this 2005 Lesser, 2008 Hypo/Ghost and 2 Normals Females from Corey Woods.

Then it was this little boy from Bayard at Two Monster Exotic
2008 Mojave Het Hypo/Ghost

And I had to grab this little albino female. Didn't remember they are so small when they are young. (I played a little with the pictures in picasa to show her real color, hard with albinos).

Then came this package today from Justin at O.C.D.. It's been a long wait (some where taking their time to eat etc...) but it was worth it.
Woma male who just shed in the transport . (I prefer them to spider, even if it's a lethal gene, there is no wobble)

That little lesser female that someone decided to pass on. Well I didn't

That amazing Fire female

And these two weren't suppose to be there at first. But I found a nice place for them
2 66% possible het ghost. Would be fun to try to prove them out in a few years. They should fit nicely with my ghost projects.
First one

Second one

Well, I am a happy man !
Making my dream come true, there is nothing better, no even sex
I wish to say something to all the ones who want to get in, that don't have the space or the money, or parents or gf says no.
Wait for the right moment. Wait to be out of your parents house. Finish your studies. Go to university. Get a good job. Put money on the side. Wait to be ready to accommodate for it/them.
In the end, it's all worth it ! Trust me !

Great snakes. And thanks for the message at the end there. I fit right in to it. I can't wait to get some snakes and get started as soon as possible, but I have that gf/wife problem. She doesn't like snakes at all. So I have big plans for our shed now. But thats all I need the place and the snakes. I already have 10+ year projects planned out. Thanks again for the great snakes and inspiration.

Awesome advice, we live in a country that has a terrible time with financial responsibility, patience etc. We have grown accustomed to having what we want when we want it! When it comes to the care of animals, care of our family etc responsibilty is key and the path you chose was great, hopefully others will learn and listen from your direction.

Nice collection - that Lesser girl is HOT!
I had always wanted snakes growing up, but kept waiting and waiting (for a variety of reasons). I'm now 32 years old, and finally got my first one this past February. Now I have 3 BPs, with 4 more on the way next week. So yes, this addiction does grab hold pretty quickly... especially once you buy a rack, since of course it has to be filled.
Lolo's Collection...
Ball Pythons: 0.4 Normals, 1.0 Pastel, 1.1 Mojaves, 1.0 Black Pastel, 2.0 Spiders, 0.1 Lesser, 1.0 Orange Ghost, 0.1 Honeybee
0.1 Spotted Python, 1.1 Stimson's Pythons, 1.0 Jungle Carpet Python
3.4 Corn Snakes, 1.1 Western Hognose Snakes, 1.2 cats, and 1.0 dog (47lb mutt)
