Hiya, I just joined. My name is Janna, but I go by Echo or EchoPet online. I'm 25, female, and live in rural central Arkansas. I'm not new to reptiles or ball pythons, but took in my first ball just a few months ago. Previously I'd dealt with them in the museums, zoo, and pet store were I've worked. I have four now, all rescues. The first one I took in is about four years old, male, and named Harvey. The next two I believe are both female, probably not quite a year old yet, and named Annabelle and Willow. The latest is just a little baby, named Puck, and I'm still not sure if he's going to make it. When I got him he had blister disease and burns all down his belly. He was also really dehydrated and underweight. He's been so weak he couldn't even constrict a fuzzy. He's on antibiotics right now, and I've been assist-feeding, soaking, and helping him shed. Hopefully he'll turn around.

I have a bunch of other reptiles as well, including 14 leopard geckos, 1 crested gecko, 1 marble gecko, 2 corn snakes , 2 Nicaraguan boas, 2 red tail boas, a desert horned lizard, and a RES. All but the leopard geckos, crested gecko, and one corn snake are rescues... I'm in the process of getting 501(c)3 status because obviously there's a need for a reptile rescue in my area. As far as non-reptile pets, I have 5 dogs, 4 cats, 1 horse, and 1 rat (who was supposed to be snake food... heh).

Anyway, that's me...
