Kitchen and bath silicone caulk, I use it to hold thermo probes to heat tape. Sometimes you will smell it a little bit, that's why I use kitchen and bath, it's supposed to be non-toxic. Do you have a thermo on your UTH, they can get pretty hot, it might smell more often.

foil tape that people use on duct work...You can pick it up at about any hardware store.. I got a roll the other day for 8 buck.
