Anyone know what this lump could be?

We have this burm that just recently got this lump on the tip of her nose, doesn't seem to hurt her but I'm a little nervous about it since it just appeared. Has anyone else ever had this or know what it could be from?

I agree, that looks like it's from rubbing.
May want to check the inside of the mouth. I have a boa that when I first got him I kept in a tub and he rubbed really bad and got an infected tooth. Required surgery and at home antibiotic injections. His nose stayed full of scar tissue and he has a permanent 'rhino nose' ever since. Also have an albino boa with the same, from rubbing against a screen top, his didn't get so bad (didn't cause an infection) but it left him with some scarring and a perma-bump as well.
    Good luck!
