Question Im not sure to be worried or not...

So I got a female BP a little over a week ago. So far, so great. She shed, she pooped and ate for me.

She does have this weird little quirk about her though. I have her terrarium right next to my computer on my desk, in my room. Every now and then, she peep out at me and just stare. I mean, not just a quick look. No, Im talking like 5-10 minutes of her just staring at me. Is this normal? Is she just curious? I haven't handled her really yet so she could settle in and everything.

Could the computer possibly be bothering her? Should I move her cage?

    Should I be concerned?

    Yep, perfectly normal.
Dovah has always done that. He'll just sit there forever with his head poking out the hide to check out his surroundings.

If your husbandry is spot on it is probably fine and like you said it is only every now in then. She is probably interested in your movements.

Is it around night time? Mine becomes active at night time and will sit and watch me and then continue about his nightly exploration or go back to hiding.

I'd say nothing to be worried about.

Does she stare at you or your computer screen?

Snakes have a fascination with television screens, computer screens ect. Typically because of the heat signature they put off, and light. It's perfectly normal

All of my snakes peek out when I sit down to play guitar. It's like I have an audience. My ball Demascus loves to watch tv
