Yup, make sure it is hot enough. I won't tell you to try live yet, but that is what got my then 3 month old girl to eat again after 2 months of not eating. I would recommend getting a scale and keeping a very close eye on the snake's weight to see what he is losing.
And pics of enclosure and snake plz?
This link shows how to post pics.

Adults fast, and that is fairly normal. Juveniles shouldn't much because they don't have the excess body fat/weight to lose. Your snake looks skinny to me. Not severe yet, in my opinion, but pretty skinny.
The food item should be about as big around as he is, little smaller. Hot. 100 ish degrees. Feed at night, in the relative dark. The food provides a good chunk of their moisture.
Shedding is relative by snake, but for every 3 weeks shed you would have to feed more often. Mine has shed twice in her 4 months with me.
Make sure the water is fresh, daily. To maintain your humidity, which will help a little with dehydration, you can cover the top of that tank 80% with foil and leave a couple inch wide gaps for airflow.... This will also help maintain temp regularity.
I am trying to think of some other helpful things about your setup. The temp gauge on the tank side is unlikely to be accurate. You may have temp fluctuation issues. An electric thermometer from Walmart would be better.
Ummmmm... Any more thoughts? KMG?

Thank you! Turns out it was how hot the mouse was. He is eating it right now. Yeah I just use that for the humidity. I have a radar gun that is amazing (however I haven't been able to find it in the crazy unpacking -wish me luck I don't want to have to buy a new one). Yeah I know he's skinny, he was really skinny when I got him from Petco as well. Since I just fed him today, when should I feed him again? I think I might feed him in 3-5 days just because he hasn't ate in a while. What would you do?

Under like 400 grams, which at 3 months yours will be, every 4-5 days.
Good luck with the temp gun! Moving is so fun
