What would you do?
Looking for suggestions for breeding a male pastel clown. What types of pairing would you suggest? Thank you for your ideas.

Honestly anything with clown or het clown. All clown combos rock!

Re: What would you do?
I'm thinking something with spider and another something else with OD.

Sounds like a plan. I'd try to get a spider het clown, the OD hets you may have to make yourself.

Depending on your budget enchi het clown or enchi clown, Banana Clown or Banana het clown, leopard het clown or leopard clown, fire het clown or fire clown.

Re: What would you do?
Do you want clown babies from this pastel clown male. If so, then he must be mated to a clown or het clown female. If not, then you can choose any female you want. But seems to me that would be a waste of the money that was invested in getting a clown.
Mating him to a spider would produce approximately 1/4 spider, 1/4 pastel, 1/4 spider pastel (bumblebee), and 1/4 normal-looking babies. All the babies would also be het clown, but that doesn't affect the appearance.
Otherwise I go along with Deborah and piedlover79.

Re: What would you do?
Yes, I definitely will be including a clown in the female. I should have said that. Including a spider for a bumblebee is a solid idea. Thanks for the response.

Lesser clown combos and black pastel clown combos are super duper cool too. Probably some of my favorite. And I haven't seen a lot of the black pastel clown combos, only a handful, and they just look absolutely stunning. A black pastel het clown female might be something to consider
