i really like the pic but the font need to be more eye catching i think. it took me a sec to get what the first 2 letters were. other than that i think it looks good

Don't know if you still want feedback or not, but I can't hardly tell what it is supposed to be about/for looking at the banner. Font is really hard to see both style wise and color wise.
