    Close Call

Well...I was working on my desk today and looked up across the room, and there was my Bismark Ringed sitting on my bookshelf! I couldn't believe it! Apparently the whole I punched in the screen for the thermometer was big enough for him to push his head into and rip open big enough for him to get out!! Lucky I saw him...yikes. How do I close up that hole? I have it taped up with a lot of duct tape, but that can't be the best call.

You don't have the tape sticky side down where he could get stuck on it, do you?

Lucky you found him! Hazards of keeping the world's most escape prone animals, I suppose.

Oh no, I put a piece of foam there right now until I can find a piece of wood or something better, then that's taped down.

I dont think you can really fix it once it has a hole in it.Why did you make a hole in the screen? You might have to just buy another screen

    Hi,

Could you "stitch" the hole smaller with thin wire or something?

How about cable ties and a patch?

Maybe try some zip ties if they fit?
