I cant find a legendary snake person....Ralph Davis?

Hey folks... I was zipping through some pages and thinking about doing some projects... So i went to RDR, Ralph Davis Reptiles page to see what the legend was up to. And its a ghost town on his web and social media pages. Does anybody know what happened??
    Thanks!

Sorry, no idea, but this was posted a year ago:

    https://www.reddit.com/r/snakes/comm...avis_reptiles/

Things happen in people's lives- priorities change, they move away, they have health problems, they change jobs or retire, & even accidents put people out of commission. Local laws sometimes change & interfere with keeping & selling exotics too. Sometimes a serious disease can wipe out much of a collection & make it impossible for the breeder to continue- stuff "happens". And some get burned out with all the work of raising reptiles as a business. Not everyone has a chance to let others know (or wants to), unfortunately.

Yeah that was me responding. With how many people knew him, knew of him, worked with him, its outlandish to just dismiss decades of work as "meh"

    It happens.

Before he was murdered, Renick was selling off his collection.
Freedom Breeder actually decided to stop breeding to focus only on enclosures.
Ron Tremper retired but his collection is now maintained and bred by someone else while still using his original website and brand.
BHB downsized their collection considerably both because they've been working on the Reptarium and the LegaSea, and because Brian's health and keeping up with maintenance for the facility.

His last Facebook page updates were in July and August of this year. His construction company also hasn't had updates either.

I wasn't dismissing his work as "meh"...that's not what I said at all. But many people want privacy when their lives don't go as planned- so consider that this was his choice, for whatever reason.

That doesn't give others any closure, but it's not up to us, just to satisfy our curiosity. It's a bit odd that no one has leaked any information though.
