    Graphic design fun~

I am an upcoming graphic design student - I will be starting my first year of my program this September - I am pretty excited. I am 29 - so it goes to show one is never too late to go back to school - lol!

Anddd I wanted to show off my little logo I just made for fun - I will probably use this thread to share my other stuff I make as I go. I really, really enjoy creating stuff on Photoshop and CSP - though I am very much a beginner still. I am excited to see my progress over the next three years of college.

    Critique is loved and appreciated!

Hey, I like that- And that's great that you're going "back to school"- plenty of people do so much later than you- there's no "wrong time" to learn stuff & improve your life.

Thank you very much Bogertophis! I appreciate your kind words.

And I completely agree - there is no wrong time to make improvements. I feel like since I will be going as an adult I will be much more focused on my studies rather than socializing or any of that since I have my goals in mind and my future planned out now - opposed to when I was a teenager and had no clue what I was doing, lol!

I am really looking forward to my first semester and it'll be even nicer in three years time when I am finished.

Maturity is an advantage, that's for sure. I'm reminded of a medical doctor I once knew (as his patient)- he'd been in law enforcement when he decided to go to med school somewhere in his mid-40's! He became a fine doctor! But only for about 3 years- it was so sad, he passed away in his mid-50's from cancer- totally unexpected, as he seemed so fit & healthy-it was such a huge loss. Anyway- we all have many choices in life- your heart knows what it wants, & I wish you every success in yours.

That is super unfortunate that happened to him after he decided to follow his calling. Life is cruel and unexpected sometimes.

And thank you so much! I really do appreciate that. I can't believe I only have a month and a half to go till my program starts.
