New pick ups need a name

    Hey guys,

I just recently put a deposit on these two. I seriously have no clue what to name them. They were only born a couple of weeks ago so are still with the breeder. Hoping to bring them home by the end of October. So do you guys think you could help me out with names? I like unique names. Nothing like Monty or anything with Miss or Mr. in it please. I know I have a while before I get them and I might think up a name for them by then... but I am too excited. Have been wanting both a banana and enchi for a while.

    Here they are...

    First Male Pastel Banana

And female Enchi Poss het Clown

Sorry if the pictures are not very good... the breeder took them and he seems to have left a small shot of his finger in the enchi's photo but just look past it. Also, curious to what you guys think of the quality of both BPs. I have huge plans for both of them and cannot wait.

Since these are your new artists, how about Dole van Gogh for the Banana Pastel and Frida Kahlo for the Enchi.

Haha, I was going to suggest Monet (banana) and Frida (enchi)!

I wouldn't wanna ruin the creative process of you figuring out some names suggesting something. However I will tell you I call my Banana Male Del Monte and my Enchi Female Enchilada.

I have to admit I don't like hard long names either. To give you example here are my current snakes...

    sierra - anery corn snake
    sniper - boa
    citrine - piebald
    jax - spider
    rain - mojave
    cruz - kingpin
    kai - normal
    oren - fire woma
    trip - normal
    gale - normal
    wish - sugar
    mystiq - leopard
    red - gargoyle
    verity - normal
    raya - hey red
    icsis - queen bee
    echo - cinnabelly
    axel - spark
    onyx - black pewter yb

so that's the idea... Guess I didn't need to name them all but hey... Always a time to show off. But short and sweet is how I like it. What do you guys think of Thatcher for the male banana? Not sure if I like it too much. Naming is hard sometimes.

Re: New pick ups need a name

The longest name I have for any of mine is Les Claypool for my Lesser simply because I am a bassist myself and there is nothing that sounds good when your trying to name based on genes and the definition of Lesser is " not so great or important as the other or the rest."

Are you saying bassists aren't important. I play a little guitar myself and I find a bass player is the back bone of a guitar. My opinion.

Lol nah man I am saying Bassists are very important that's why I named him something better than what his name would suggest he is.
