Feeding Ball Python help

I have just purchased a ball python and i am confused as to what is okay to feed him. Could i feed him spaghetti? Or is it just mice?

If you absolutely must go with Italian food, I'd go with ziti. Mine prefer that with ground thawed rat on it. Yum.
