    Need Help Uploading Avatar and Profile Picture Please!

    For some reason it is not letting me upload any photos, avatars, or profile pics... Is it because I am new? I am very confused and help would be much appreciated... Thanks!

    Ok it is a JPEG file, meets the required size, smaller actually, and the dimensions are smaller but I am sure I will figure it out, thanks for the reply!
