Changing tank set up - What's the rule?

Hi all, just looking for some feedback. I would like to add items like foliage and maybe some drift wood (all sterilized of course) to our little Boston's tank. Just wondering on the rules around this. Also wanted to move his water bowl to the middle of the tank rather then the cool side as I have seen this is suggested in other threads. What's the policy around this? Should I only change one thing every week or can I change it all at once? Don't want to stress him out nor do I want him to be confused with the changes. Do I have to let him settle again for a week after the changes? Of they are small changes should I be okay? Thoughts

Add the wood and foliage, move the water bowl, proceed with whatever your normal routine is.

Rearranging his terrarium won't stress him out. He might come out and explore his new surrounding though.

If he is established, you should be able to make all of those changes all at once and let him adjust for 2-3 days afterward. If he is relatively new, I'd make those changes and give it a week. When I make changes in my enclosures, I do so during a spot clean and water changes or total clean and water changes because I'm already disturbing the snake. You can also make a change per week until it's set up the way you want it, that's up to you.

For your water bowl, many times it's placed in the middle of the enclosure and/or over part of the UTH to help humidity.
