    2014 is heating up!!

Sorry I have not been around much lately...we recently lost a dear loved one who had been battling cancer since early January, so 2014 has been tough on our family. Fortunately we *do* have some nice things on the horizon:

TBC Spot On x TBC Strata (Sideswipe x Sideswipe)

Diem x Emma (Striped Borneo STPs)

TBC Ricochet x TBC Vertigo (Manic Panic x Manic Panic lineage)

TBC I'm Your Huckleberry x TBC Ladybird (Raspberry x Raspberry lineage)

We have a few more females yet to lay, so this is shaping up to be an exciting year.

    Enjoy!

    K~

Thanks folks! Clutches #5 & #6 have arrived since I last updated - a nice clutch of black SSTPs and another clutch of Borneos.

Charlie - of course I recognize her. Jackson x Pitch kiddo. Say hi to Brittany for me.

Congrats on the next couple of clutches!

I've been giving Brittany a hard time jokingly a little, I told her next time she's told that a snake has a puppy dog personality that she needs to make sure that means nice friendly cuddly little puppy, and not a psycho eat your face off Cujo type puppy...lol. She gets to have all the fun to herself here soon for a couple of weeks, I'm leaving for two weeks on the same day that my next clutch of bp egg's is due to start hatching.

The black girl is calming down and settling in slowly though, she didn't tense up at the last feeding when her cage was opened like she would do when she first got here. She just got the excited head snapping movement that we see from the other bloods when she realized there was a rat in her cage and snatched it up.

Best of luck with the rest of your season!

Hmmm...it was clearly stated that the snake in question was a nervous nellie, although her dam & sire are puppy tame. Perhaps that's where the confusion came from? Either way I'm glad to hear she is continuing to settle in for you & appreciate the updates that Brittany has sent.

We're very much looking forward to the rest of our season...just a little over 4 weeks and the first clutches will be pipping. Can't wait!
