if that's true I can see why people do it. But at the end of the day isn't it the same thing? Giving a animal in return for money. I don't think because you call it something else, that doesn't make it true. "no I wasn't selling this crack, I was rehoming it" lol :p

Rehoming and selling are the same thing IMO but that's why you need to word it as "rehoming" on CL: because of their terms.

If I remember correctly, its a California law. Because craigslist is based in Cali, their whole site has to have that rule, even if your in another state.
Oh, and because flaggers LOVE rules.
