Development inside the egg..
So I've just been looking around and Ive been wondering does anybody know of a good thread for the actual development that takes place in the egg from laying-pipping... I've just been curious cause I've got these nice huge eggs and they have been cooking for about 45 days now all the veins are strong and I can even see movement but it just looks to me like the egg is 80% still empty? Idk maybe just my untrained eye not knowing what to look for lol but at least ive got movement and the strong veins right? Haha I just get impatient and find things to obsess about while waiting.

I know exactly what you're talking about, but believe me, they are taking up most of that space by day 45. I've candled eggs days before hatching and they still look empty. The light just shines through them. I don't have a chart that shows their development, unfortunately. How neat would it be to have someone be able to take pictures of them inside the egg throughout incubation?

Haha ok... Cause I can see the yolk and what not down at the bottom of the egg and I saw Pattern In two of the eggs today (both look butter like but I won't get my hopes up haha I want pastel butters) but idk it just seems like they should be bigger by now with day 60 only 12 days away But I trust u guys haha and I see some pattern and movement so I'll just let it play out

I agree, it would be great to have a charted poster or something of the embryo development in the eggs from lay to hatch.

My eggs are on day 51 and when I candle them all I see is "void space" and veins as well. Also, there is a thread titled something along the lines of AK...eggs, I forget the actual thread, but it has a picture of candled eggs that are pretty close to hatching and they are exactly as you describe. Trust me I am feeling the same impatience as you, haha! good luck!
Edit: I didn't realize but I'm pretty sure it was referring to AK907's from this threads eggs, being watched by a friend =D
