I could see that. The morphs are a little pricy for a colubrid, but I grabbed this guy for $240 shipped, and I have seen a few bigger ones for around $300 shipped, so they are getting better on the Albinos at least. I also really like the Axanthics (and they stay black and grey) but the price was a bit much.

I like the green phase ones as well. I am not sure if that is a morph or a natural color occurrence though.

I love the axanthics but I agree their a little pricey for me right now just starting off. I picked up an albino male and het female in August, I'll probably wait to produce a clutch before I get anymore morphs.
    Absolutely obsessed with ball pythons!

I had a Boa for 8 years, and as much as I liked her I prefer the smaller animals.

Here is another pic the breeder sent me. Cuteness OVERLOAD!

He is looking good! I went to a show today and there were literally 2 hognose. I must have heard at least a dozen people ask where the hognose were. I think there is demand for them.

    Regards,

    Very nice second picture.

I agree with you two though, that axanthics are awesome, but I can't justify spending that much on a hoggie just yet. I still have to pick up a male firefly, and a female pied (hopefully hypo pied) to finish my ball breeding group.

I'm looking forward to more pictures when you get this one in.

omg he is so cute! I love hoggies. My uncle had a female hognose. It was the first snake i ever held and the one that got me to fall in love with snakes. Ive been toying around with the idea of getting a pair of hoggies but i think until i finish school im gunna stick to just bps. Its soooo hard though trying to convince myself to stick to that plan though

Especially when i got cute faces like your little guys looking at me!
