just throw a small pile of food in each tub, make an educated guess on what they'll eat, and wait 2-3 days, checking on each bin. If you see they ate it too fast, give more next time, if they didn't finish most of it, feed less next time.
I wold also recommend feeding something else other than just dog food. It's not nutritionally balanced enough for them.
In a mouse mixture (almost the same nutrition needs as ASFs) 50-70% of the food should be oats and barley. Then seeds, rice, dog kibble, lentils etc can be mixed in. So that gives you an idea of how un-balanced it is to feed 100% kibble.

I don't feed dog kibble, my dog just thinks it is, lol. They also get all kinds of porridge mix, trail mix (nuts) seeds a day or two before I clean their tubs (because seed makes a huge mess) the bread loaf ends, veggie scraps, and superworms. I give them all kinds of things. I have one momma rat who is completely obsessed with baby carrots!
