I thought herps meant reptiles and amphibians? Herpetology is the study of reptiles and amphibians.

The cinematography in the Planet Earth series is almost unbelieveable at times. The places some of the camera operators had to hang out for weeks at a time were unreal! It's one of my favorite series on TV. Del is right, the BBC kicks butt when it comes to nature documentaries.

One of my all-time favorites as well. Stunning film.

Life of Birds... Life of Mammals... and Life in Cold Blood... Must to watch!!!!
I know that birds and mammals was aviable on Netflix before dont know if they are still...

Planet Earth is so beautiful and epic it makes me want to cry tears of joy while wanting to suicide over the fact that I'll probably never experience any of it first hand.

Bio major working in a cubicle for the lose.

My favorite segment is the deep deep undersea animals... the absolutely crazy looking ones that look like they come from another dimension.

My favorite shot was of the great white leaping 30 feet out of the ocean with a sea lion in its jaws :D
