Frozen planet in HD looked amazing. :gj:

There's a sequence with killer whales and a seal on an ice chunk that was truly awesome to watch. :D

Make sure you're getting the versions with David Attenborough narrating.
I own almost everything that guys had done.

The same people made Blue Planet too right?

Yes. Blue planet was the same company - the BBC has made some of the best nature docs out there.

    And Attenborough is king.

Blue Planet is excellent! I can't count how many times I've watched it.

Wild Russia is pretty good too. There are a lot of unique things in it.

The cinematography in the Planet Earth series is almost unbelieveable at times. The places some of the camera operators had to hang out for weeks at a time were unreal! It's one of my favorite series on TV. Del is right, the BBC kicks butt when it comes to nature documentaries.

Planet Earth is so beautiful and epic it makes me want to cry tears of joy while wanting to suicide over the fact that I'll probably never experience any of it first hand.

My favorite segment is the deep deep undersea animals... the absolutely crazy looking ones that look like they come from another dimension.

My favorite shot was of the great white leaping 30 feet out of the ocean with a sea lion in its jaws :D
