flexwatt on A.P cages and aluminum tape question
do you guys and gals put the flexwatt in the grooved area on the ap cages or do you just lay it flat on the bottom and tape it over the grooved area i tried putting it in the grooves and it just seems like a pain to get it all in the groove right. also i want to tape all the way around my flexwatt and need some additional tape so i figured i might find a roll at lowes is there a certain kind or is there any heat specs it should be rated for? is this stuff even rated for temps.

I've never even tried to fit the flexwatt into the slot, I just see it as an outline.

When I set up a cage with a divider I tape the flexwatt in the center of the cage:

Aluminum foil tape is pretty much aluminum foil tape. I've never seen a temperature rating... Flexwatt when regulated properly shouldn't ever get over 105 degrees so a high temperature rating really isn't required.
