Temp discrepancy between gauges - Reptibator incubator

I have 37 beardie eggs in a Reptibator right now. I have a digital ZooMed temp gauge with the probe inside one of the egg containers, it is showing 80.6 degrees. I have a digital Acurite combo temp/humidity gauge sitting inside the Reptibator which is showing 83 degrees and 62% humidity (I just checked on the eggs which is why it's low, normally it's higher). The Reptibator is set to 87 and is showing 51% relative humidity.

This is my first time incubating anything, and I'm worried temps might be too cold and not humid enough if the ZooMed and Reptibator gauges are accurate. I was hoping for a middle ground that will give me a mix of males and females.

The eggs all look fine save for 2 which are starting to dimple, but there were two that I didn't see an embryo in, so it could be those two. In my haste to get the eggs incubated, I failed to mark the two possibly unfertilized eggs.

I don't know which temp gauge to trust more. Help?

Honestly none of those are particularly trustworthy, and the combined error is at least +/- 5 F. I have found that acu-rites tend to give consistent readings, but aren't always accurate. So if you don't have anything else I would go with the acu-rite.

Do you have something like a herpstat/Helix/VE probe that is very trustworthy that you could check your thermometers with?

They have a pretty extensive inventory so it's likely that they will. If not I'll just get one shipped ASAP. I didn't expect her to lay when she did. I didn't even notice her nesting until two days before she laid. These are my first bearded dragons.

The zoo med reptibator gauges are fairly accurate, but it is reading the temp and humidity inside the unit not inside the cup/tub the eggs are in. I use them for small unexpected clutches or when my main incubators are full. What I found was if I set the temp 2-3 degrees higher then what I want the temp where the eggs are to be i'm good. Oh and 80 degrees is low but beardie eggs will hatch just fine at that temp just take a little bit longer is all. I have incubated them at 80 and they all hatched just fine. Oh and beardie eggs are not temp sexed so it doesn't matter what temp you incubate at.

The eggs are doing great. I ended up with 27 good ones out of 37 that she laid, and she laid AGAIN this morning. There's 25 this time and I suspect 19 are good. I really hope she's done lol
